In the Prozorro documents the winner&#8217;s bid amounts to <strong data-start=\"343\" data-end=\"372\">5 749 275 hryvnias excluding VAT<\/strong>, however the signed contract already provides for <strong data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"441\">6 899 130 hryvnias including VAT<\/strong>. Therefore the actual total contract value is almost <strong data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"517\">6.9 million hryvnias<\/strong>, not <strong data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"541\">5.75 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"874\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gov.e-tender.ua\/tender\/produkti-harchuvannya\/UA-2026-08-30-000673-a-sik-yabluchno-vynohradnyj-100-bez-czukru-vidnovlenyj-pasteryzovanyj\">The procurement<\/a> UA-<strong data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"618\">2026-08-30-000673-a<\/strong> was announced on <strong data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"652\">30 August 2026<\/strong>. Its estimated cost was <strong data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"717\">5 886 754,50 hryvnias excluding VAT<\/strong>. The customer was the Municipal Production Enterprise for the Organization of Catering in Educational Institutions of <strong data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"835\">Mykolaiv<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"1188\">Only <strong data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"919\">1 bid<\/strong> was submitted to the procurement \u2013 from LLC \u201cProekt Invest XXI\u201d. The company proposed to supply the products for <strong data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1026\">5 749 275 hryvnias excluding VAT<\/strong>. Thus, the bid was only <strong data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1091\">137 479,50 hryvnias<\/strong>, or approximately <strong data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1119\">2.34%<\/strong>, lower than the estimated cost. As a result of the procedure on <strong data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1239\">4 September 2026<\/strong>, a contract No.<strong data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1299\">04\/09\/26\/4<\/strong> was signed with LLC \u201cProekt Invest XXI\u201d. The system indicates that its total amount is <strong data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1381\">6 899 130 hryvnias including VAT<\/strong>, or the same <strong data-start=\"1395\" data-end=\"1424\">5 749 275 hryvnias excluding VAT<\/strong>. The contract is valid until <strong data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1464\">31 December 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1644\">The total declared volume of juices is <strong data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1584\">91 774 liters<\/strong>. The main part of the purchase is apple-grape juice.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1646\" data-end=\"1668\">Planned deliveries:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"2150\">\n<li data-section-id=\"zj1l1g\" data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1818\"><strong data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"1689\">90 320 liters<\/strong> of <strong data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1727\">100% apple-grape juice<\/strong> without added sugar, reconstituted and pasteurized, in tetrapaks with a volume of <strong data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1817\">0.9\u20131 liter<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1th9ujd\" data-start=\"1819\" data-end=\"1974\"><strong data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"1837\">1 340 liters<\/strong> of assorted fruit and berry juices, without added sugar, in packages of <strong data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"1927\">200 ml<\/strong> \u2013 which corresponds to <strong data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"1973\">6 700 small packages<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"do6xz6\" data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2150\"><strong data-start=\"1977\" data-end=\"1991\">114 liters<\/strong> of reconstituted sterilized tomato juice with pulp and salt in tetrapaks of <strong data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2086\">0.95 liter<\/strong> \u2013 that is <strong data-start=\"2095\" data-end=\"2111\">120 packages<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2443\">For juices in small packages the technical specifications include an assortment featuring mango, grape, peach, cherry, multifruit, apple, plum, multivitamin, orange and pear. The product must be <strong data-start=\"2357\" data-end=\"2373\">100% juice<\/strong>, without sugar or sweeteners.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2486\" data-end=\"2602\">Juices are to be supplied not all at once but in small wholesale batches according to the customer&#8217;s orders until <strong data-start=\"2578\" data-end=\"2601\">31 December 2026<\/strong>. Delivery is to be made up to <strong data-start=\"2640\" data-end=\"2662\">3 times a week<\/strong> on weekdays from <strong data-start=\"2678\" data-end=\"2696\">06:00 to 15:00<\/strong>. Products will be transported to the company&#8217;s food warehouse in <strong data-start=\"2756\" data-end=\"2769\">Mykolaiv<\/strong> and to other designated delivery points in the city. The customer must submit an order to the supplier at least <strong data-start=\"2874\" data-end=\"2887\">24 hours<\/strong> before the required delivery time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2957\" data-end=\"3191\">The procurement took place at the beginning of the new <strong data-start=\"2995\" data-end=\"3025\">2026\/2027 school year<\/strong>. Earlier in <strong data-start=\"3036\" data-end=\"3049\">Mykolaiv<\/strong> a seasonal menu for schoolchildren calculated for <strong data-start=\"3103\" data-end=\"3114\">4 weeks<\/strong> was approved, which was agreed with the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. At the same time, the procurement of products is taking place against the backdrop of a difficult funding situation for children&#8217;s meals in the city. Already in the summer the city authorities reported a significant shortfall of funds for feeding children in preschool institutions.
