The decision was made at the meeting on <strong>9 September<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The objects concern sites in different districts of <strong>Mykolaiv<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pavilions in the recreation area <strong>\u201cMayak\u201d<\/strong> on the territory of the tract <strong>\u201cZhovtneve\u201d<\/strong> in the <strong>Korabelnyi District<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>retail kiosks on <strong>Zakhysnykiv Mykolaiv<\/strong> Street at the corner of <strong>Central<\/strong> Avenue<\/li>\n<li>on <strong>Bohoyavlenskyi<\/strong> Avenue, near building <strong>No. 325\/1<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>a stop canopy and a dispatch point near building <strong>No. 16<\/strong> on <strong>Lazurna<\/strong> Street in the <strong>Namiv<\/strong> area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dismantling must be completed by <strong>31 March 2027<\/strong>. The director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning must designate the contractor within <strong>three working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As explained by the director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, chief architect of <strong>Mykolaiv<\/strong> <strong>Yevhen Polyakov<\/strong>, all of these structures lack the necessary documents.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p>\u201cThe grounds for preparing [the decision] were appeals to the government hotline, to the contact center, as well as an appeal from the city district prosecutor\u2019s office of Mykolaiv.
