He began his service in law enforcement in <strong>May 2004<\/strong>, and in <strong>November 2015<\/strong> he joined the security police. He will forever be <strong>49 years<\/strong> old.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p>\u201cRuslan was a professional, responsible, and reliable police officer whom you could always depend on. He performed his duty honestly and remained faithful to the Oath,\u201d recall the deceased\u2019s colleagues.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He is survived by his wife and <strong>two<\/strong> daughters.
