In the Mykolaiv region<\/strong>, a court found employees of the state enterprise \u00abBread Depot No. 76<\/strong>\u00bb guilty of attempting to seize grain belonging to the State Reserve Agency of Ukraine<\/strong> in especially large amounts. The scheme was uncovered after an attempt to transport wheat without proper documents.<\/p>\n

According to the case materials, the acting deputy director of the enterprise organized the illegal scheme. Wheat of classes 2\u20133<\/strong> with a total volume of more than 7,600 tons<\/strong> was to be transported without documents, while the invoices stated that it was \u201cseparation residues.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAccountants, department heads and laboratories were involved in carrying out the plan. Some of the participants acted under police supervision,\u201d the case materials state.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

17 September 2020<\/strong> the group members tried to transport the grain on six<\/strong> trucks. Law enforcement recorded their actions, after which the organizer and his accomplices were detained.<\/p>\n

Court decisions regarding the group members were made approximately six years<\/strong> after the attempt to transport the grain. Sentences were distributed as follows:<\/p>\n
