For this he used <strong>ChatGPT<\/strong> and a graphics editor, printed the document at home and submitted it to the <strong>CNAP of the Sarny City Council<\/strong>. The court found the man guilty and fined him <strong>17 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As stated in the <a href=\"https:\/\/reyestr.court.gov.ua\/Review\/139256972\">verdict<\/a> of <strong>August 24<\/strong>, Shulhatyi found a sample certificate on the internet. With the help of ChatGPT and a graphics editor he replaced the information in the template, entering his wife&#8217;s details and other necessary information. The finished document was printed on a color printer.<\/p>\n<p>The forged paper stated that on <strong>October 3, 2024<\/strong> the woman underwent an initial examination at regional MSEC No.<strong>1<\/strong>. She was allegedly assigned <strong>Group II disability indefinitely<\/strong> due to a general illness. In fact, the regional MSEC did not issue such a document.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>February 17, 2026<\/strong> the man applied to the CNAP of the Sarny City Council with a request for a deferral. As proof of his right to it he attached a certified copy of the fake certificate.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant admitted his guilt. The court imposed a <strong>17 thousand hryvnias fine<\/strong> on him.
