According to the Masovian Voivodeship police, the incident was committed by a <strong>41-year-old<\/strong> local resident who was intoxicated.<\/p>\n<p>The woman heard the child speaking Ukrainian, after which she began insulting her because of her nationality. Then she grabbed the girl by the hair and dragged her.<\/p>\n<p>The victim&#8217;s mother reported the incident to law enforcement. Police reviewed surveillance camera footage and identified the attacker. The woman was detained and questioned, but during questioning she could not explain her actions.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecutor&#8217;s office chose police supervision as a preventive measure for the suspect.
