Before the start of the 2026\/2027<\/strong> school year in Mykolaiv, a seasonal menu for students designed for four<\/strong> weeks was prepared. This was reported by the Mykolaiv City Council.<\/p>\n

When compiling the menu, they took into account product seasonality, the nutritional and energy value of the dishes, and the physiological needs of children of the relevant age group.<\/p>\n

All dishes will be prepared according to approved technological cards. This involves adhering to specified recipes and cooking technologies.<\/p>\n

Photographic materials were prepared for each menu item. They show what students’ meals will look like during four<\/strong> school weeks.<\/p>\n

The menu was agreed with the Main Department of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection<\/strong>. The menu was developed in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 305 of 24 March 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Thus, the school feeding system in Mykolaiv was prepared for the new school year with consideration for requirements regarding the quality, safety, and nutritional value of the dishes.<\/p>\n

Note that the new school year in Mykolaiv has already begun. 45 schools<\/strong> are operating in-person.<\/p>\n
