In Mykolaiv<\/strong>, a court dispute continues over the eviction of a young family from a house where two minor children live. The four-year-old twin girls were also summoned by subpoenas to the hearing of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv<\/strong>. Activist Ihor Bloshko<\/strong> wrote about this on Facebook on August 31<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The hearing is being held as part of judicial supervision of the enforcement of the decision. The court is considering the possibility of imposing a fine for its noncompliance. According to the activist, the sanction could be applied separately to each member of the fam<\/strong>ily.<\/p>\n

Ihor Bloshko<\/strong> pointed out that two<\/strong> minor children were among those summoned. He questioned the necessity of their presence and asked whether they planned to obtain explanations from the girls.<\/p>\n

The story about the house, according to the activist, has been going on for several years. In 2017<\/strong> Mykolaiv resident Volodymyr Romanchenko<\/strong> acquired the right to use a dacha plot in the gardening and viticulture association \u00abZorya\u00bb<\/strong> in the Inhulskyi District<\/strong>. At his wife’s request, the Department of Architecture of the Mykolaiv City Council<\/strong> approved the privatization of the municipal land plot.<\/p>\n

It later emerged that a similar permit had already been obtained by juror of the Leninsky District Court<\/strong>, Valeriy Kormych<\/strong>. After a series of court proceedings, the house on that plot ended up with him, not his former mother-in-law, who had received money from the Romanchenko<\/strong> family for the right to use the land.<\/p>\n

Since 2019<\/strong>, the couple has been trying to defend their right to the house. The family claims that they purchased and renovated the home themselves.<\/p>\n

Alongside the eviction cases, according to Ihor Bloshko<\/strong>, a criminal proceeding is being investigated regarding possible fraud during the registration of property rights to the house by Valeriy Kormych<\/strong>. The activist also claims that the disputed property was later gifted to judge Oleh Kyrylchuk<\/strong> of the Inhulskyi District Court<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

An additional contentious issue is the different addresses of the house in the documents. According to the activist, one court decision lists one<\/strong> address, while the house is actually located at another.<\/p>\n

The family’s lawyer, Romanchenko<\/strong>‘s attorney, also pointed this out in court. He explained that the decision specifies an address within the gardening association’s territory but does not indicate a street. Because of this, his clients do not understand how exactly they are supposed to vacate a house that has not been assigned an address.<\/p>\n

The activist also stated that state bailiffs have already attempted to evict the family several times. According to him, they were unable to carry out the decision, in particular due to the intervention of the police and the child services.<\/p>\n

The question of a possible fine for failure to vacate is being considered by the Central District Court of Mykolaiv<\/strong>. The decision is expected to be announced on September 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
