During the period from 24<\/strong> to 30 August<\/strong> in the medical institutions of Mykolaiv region<\/strong>, 65<\/strong> children were born. Among the newborns \u2014 39<\/strong> girls and 26<\/strong> boys.<\/p>\n

The number of births was reported by the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration<\/strong>. During this week, one of the cases involved a twin birth.<\/p>\n

The lightest baby among those born during the specified period weighed 1900<\/strong> grams. The delivery took place at the Pervomaisk Central City Multidisciplinary Hospital<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Separate statistics were released by the Mykolaiv Health Department<\/strong>. In the maternity wards of city medical institutions from 21<\/strong> to 28 August<\/strong>, 35<\/strong> children were born: 18<\/strong> boys and 17<\/strong> girls.<\/p>\n

“We live today in a time that forces us to count losses. But in the maternity wards they count something else \u2014 first breaths, grams, seconds and the beats of a tiny heart,” the Mykolaiv Health Department<\/strong> stated.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

For comparison, a week earlier in Mykolaiv<\/strong> 34<\/strong> children were born.<\/p>\n
