The ATB supermarket chain has introduced temporary restrictions on the sale of a number of socially important goods \u2014 no more than 6 units or kilograms<\/strong> in a single receipt. The company explained the decision by Russian strikes, increased pressure on logistics and cases when resellers buy up products en masse for further resale. At the same time, a network representative assured that there is no shortage of goods. The restrictions came into effect on August 28, 2026<\/strong>. They apply not only to purchases directly in stores, but also to online orders: the system does not allow adding to a single receipt more than the established limit of items from the relevant categories.<\/p>\n

ATB explained that one of the reasons was cases of practically wholesale purchases in ordinary stores, which significantly increase the load on the supply system. The chain emphasized that its logistics must supply customers, including in the most dangerous frontline regions. The company stated that this measure should prevent speculation and the resale of large batches of products, and also give more people the opportunity to buy the necessary goods.<\/p>\n
