Of these, <strong data-start=\"192\" data-end=\"206\">861 objects<\/strong> were checked during <strong data-start=\"227\" data-end=\"240\">2026<\/strong>. At the same time, the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property records about <strong data-start=\"315\" data-end=\"333\">8 700 objects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"336\" data-end=\"476\">The results of the work were reported at a press conference by the head of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control, <strong data-start=\"460\" data-end=\"475\">Olena Tuova<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"508\">Among the objects already inspected:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"638\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1siesg\" data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"546\"><strong data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"545\">640 apartment buildings<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"yxe7zf\" data-start=\"547\" data-end=\"568\"><strong data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"567\">3 364 apartments<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"3o0znf\" data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"607\"><strong data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"606\">958 private residential houses<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"lz32ts\" data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"638\"><strong data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"637\">338 non-residential buildings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"640\" data-end=\"846\">At the same time the total of the listed categories amounts to <strong data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"711\">5 300 objects<\/strong>, while the total number inspected is <strong data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"762\">5 307<\/strong>. Which category the remaining <strong data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"808\">7 objects<\/strong> belong to was not specified at the press conference.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"1081\">The most inspections were carried out in <strong data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"891\">2025<\/strong> \u2014 <strong data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"912\">2 128 objects<\/strong>. A significant amount of work was related to the Russian shelling on <strong data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"996\">August 2, 2025<\/strong>, when about <strong data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1080\">840 objects<\/strong> were damaged in <strong data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1039\">Mykolaiv<\/strong> in a single night.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1278\">Inspections are carried out not only after owners&#8217; requests. District administrations independently compile lists of damaged objects, after which specialists contact residents and visit the sites.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1459\">Condominium associations (OSBB), management companies and housing and communal services companies are also involved in the work. Information for owners of damaged property is distributed through notices and social networks.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1683\">According to <strong data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1488\">Olena Tuova<\/strong>, thanks to this approach there are virtually no remaining applications for inspections regarding damages caused in <strong data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1589\">2023\u20132025<\/strong>.
