Prosecutors are seeking to oblige him to conclude a protection agreement for an architectural monument of local significance. The prosecutor&#8217;s office reported this on <strong>27 August 2026<\/strong>. The official notice does not include the exact address of the monument or the name of its owner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This concerns the cultural heritage object <strong>&#8220;Residential building \u2014 mansion. Early 20th century&#8221;<\/strong>. The prosecutor&#8217;s office noted that the building has significant historical and architectural value. The mansion stands out for its decorative design, in particular its <strong>unique plant ornamentation on the facade and windows<\/strong>. In <strong>March 1997<\/strong> the house was entered into the state register as an architectural monument of local significance. However, for nearly <strong>29 years<\/strong> its owner has still not concluded a protection agreement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The protection agreement must specify:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>the regime of use for the historic building;<\/li>\n<li>requirements for its maintenance;<\/li>\n<li>conditions for carrying out repairs and other works;<\/li>\n<li>measures necessary to preserve the monument.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The prosecutor&#8217;s office believes that concluding the agreement will help protect the mansion from damage and destruction. At present the prosecutor&#8217;s office has only <strong>filed a lawsuit<\/strong>.
