Ukraine, together with representatives of the US<\/strong> and European officials, has developed a new package of proposals to end the war with Russia<\/strong>. It is planned to be presented to Moscow<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As The Times<\/strong> writes, citing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky<\/strong>, the proposed plan provides for a ceasefire, the simultaneous withdrawal of troops from the current front line, and the creation of a buffer zone.<\/p>\n

According to the publication, Kyiv<\/strong> worked on these proposals with special representatives of US President Donald Trump<\/strong> and European officials.<\/p>\n

Among possible conditions they are also considering security guarantees for Ukraine from European countries and NATO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The buffer zone may be given a special status. In particular, it concerns a free economic zone format that would be under the control or supervision of a third party.<\/p>\n

Earlier, the State Duma of Russia<\/strong> said that the country must finish the war in Ukraine by 2030<\/strong>. This deadline was linked to the European Union<\/strong>‘s rearmament plans.<\/p>\n
