An official inquiry has been launched in the Odesa region after a video of a conflict between a person in military uniform and a teenager spread on social media. This was reported by the Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support.<\/p>\n
The video was published by People’s Deputy Oleksii Honcharenko. He suggested that the recording shows employees of the TCC using force against a child. The deputy reacted to the published footage with the words: \u00abThis is simply the limit and a complete f***\u00bb.<\/p>\n
According to Oleksii Honcharenko, the video shows a person whom he called a serviceman and who, in his view, should be protecting civilians, strangling the teenager and pulling him by the ears. The People’s Deputy said he plans to raise the issue at meetings of the temporary investigative commission.<\/p>\n
Honcharenko also emphasized that during wartime civilians, especially children, must be protected, not subjected to physical force.<\/p>\n
