{"id":605629,"date":"2026-08-14T17:17:37","date_gmt":"2026-08-14T14:17:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/2026\/08\/605629\/the-leader-of-the-young-guards-bolsheviks-leninists-from-mykolaiv-region-was-sentenced-to-15-years-for-treason\/"},"modified":"2026-08-14T17:17:40","modified_gmt":"2026-08-14T14:17:40","slug":"the-leader-of-the-young-guards-bolsheviks-leninists-from-mykolaiv-region-was-sentenced-to-15-years-for-treason","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/08\/605629\/the-leader-of-the-young-guards-bolsheviks-leninists-from-mykolaiv-region-was-sentenced-to-15-years-for-treason\/","title":{"rendered":"The leader of the Young Guards\u2011Bolsheviks\u2011Leninists from Mykolaiv region was sentenced to 15 years for treason"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the Mykolaiv region a court imposed a sentence in the form of <strong>15<\/strong> years&#8217; imprisonment for the <strong>27<\/strong>-year-old leader of a pro-Russian internet organization.<\/p>\n<p>The regional prosecutor&#8217;s office reported that the resident had, even before <strong>July 2022<\/strong>, headed the communist organization \u201cYoung Guard of Bolsheviks-Leninists\u201d and carried out the instructions of a representative of the World Socialist Web Site (WSWS).<\/p>\n<p>According to the investigation, in the period from <strong>October 2022<\/strong> to <strong>April 2024<\/strong> he prepared, edited and translated materials at the direction of the site&#8217;s representative, after which he posted them on the WSWS website and in other communist-oriented media.<\/p>\n<p>According to the prosecution&#8217;s version, the published materials promoted pro-Russian narratives about Russia&#8217;s war against Ukraine and justified the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
