No one was injured. This was <strong data-start=\"296\" data-end=\"318\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kv.npu.gov.ua\/news\/politseiski-kyivshchyny-rozpochaly-dosudove-rozsliduvannia-za-faktom-khulihanskykh-dii-u-buchanskomu-raioni\">reported<\/a><\/strong> by the <strong data-start=\"338\" data-end=\"359\">Kyiv Oblast<\/strong> police.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"660\">The report of the dangerous incident was received by law enforcement <strong data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"491\">on August 6 at around 13:20<\/strong>. Initially the complainant reported that an unknown man had thrown into the premises of one of the municipal enterprises an object resembling a grenade. Police rapid response patrol units and an investigative-operational team from the <strong data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"798\">Bucha District Police Department<\/strong> arrived at the scene.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"1099\">According to preliminary investigation, the incident involved a <strong data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"881\">48-year-old local resident<\/strong>. Law enforcement established that earlier the man had a dispute over utility charges. After the argument he threw a training grenade into an office of the administrative building. As a result of the incident no one was injured.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1292\">Investigators have opened a criminal proceeding under <strong data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1208\">Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong> &#8211; hooliganism.
