The victim was wounded in the chest and back.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators of Division No. <strong>1<\/strong> of the <strong>Mykolaiv District Police Department<\/strong> established that the men were in the victim&#8217;s garage. The cause of the conflict was the victim&#8217;s refusal to lend money to the suspect.<\/p>\n<p>Police quickly located the <strong>53-year-old<\/strong> man, detained him in the course of proceedings and notified him of suspicion under part <strong>1<\/strong> of Article <strong>121<\/strong> of the <strong>Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong> \u2014 intentional serious bodily injury.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators completed the pre-trial investigation and sent the indictment to the <strong>District Prosecutor&#8217;s Office of the city of Mykolaiv<\/strong>.
