On the night of July 30, 2026<\/strong>, Russian occupiers carried out a large-scale combined attack on Ukraine, using more than 70 missiles<\/strong> and over 280 strike drones<\/strong>. Kyiv and Kyiv region<\/strong>, the Dnipropetrovsk region<\/strong>, Lviv region<\/strong>, Poltava region<\/strong>, Kharkiv region<\/strong>, Mykolaiv region<\/strong>, Sumy region<\/strong>, Vinnytsia region<\/strong>, Cherkasy region<\/strong> and Ivano-Frankivsk region<\/strong> came under enemy strikes.<\/p>\n

One of the most horrific tragedies occurred in the settlement of Radushne<\/strong> in the Dnipropetrovsk region<\/strong>. A Russian ballistic missile completely destroyed an ordinary residential building. Almost the entire family \u2014 father, mother and three children \u2014 died under the rubble. Two more children were pulled alive from under the debris by rescuers.<\/p>\n

In Lviv<\/strong> a Russian missile also hit a residential building. Emergency rescue operations are ongoing at the site of the strike: specialists are dismantling destroyed structures and continuing the search for people who may still be under the rubble.<\/p>\n

As of the morning of July 30<\/strong>, the Russian attack on Ukraine was reported to have resulted in eight fatalities<\/strong>. Dozens more people were wounded. The injured are receiving necessary medical care, and rescuers, medics, law enforcement, municipal services and other relevant units are involved in eliminating the consequences of the strikes.<\/p>\n

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky<\/strong>, commenting on the aftermath of the massive attack, emphasized that Ukrainian air defense forces are operating under a critical shortage of missiles, the supply of which depends on international partners.<\/p>\n

“Tonight, due to a Russian missile strike in Radushne in the Dnipropetrovsk region, parents and three children were killed. Two more children were pulled alive from under the rubble. An ordinary residential building, completely blown apart by a ballistic missile…<\/p>\n

Work is also currently underway in Lviv at the site where a house was hit \u2013 debris is being cleared, people are being searched for. Overall, across the country as of now, eight people are known to have died. My condolences to the relatives and loved ones…<\/p>\n

Dozens of people are injured, and everyone is receiving the necessary medical care. All necessary services have been involved. Last night Kyiv and the region were under attack, as were our Dnipropetrovsk region, Lviv region, Poltava region, Kharkiv region, Mykolaiv region, Sumy region, Vinnytsia region, Cherkasy region and Ivano-Frankivsk region. Dozens of ordinary houses, civilian enterprises and infrastructure facilities were destroyed and damaged.<\/p>\n

There were more than 70 missiles in this strike, and a significant number were ballistic. Over 280 strike drones. More than 260 drones were destroyed. A significant number of cruise missiles were shot down by our combat aviation; even mobile strike groups were able to act effectively against cruise missiles. In conditions where missiles for air defense from partners are critically lacking, our warriors do simply unreal things, demonstrating a very high level of professionalism. This is extraordinary expertise that saves lives when supplies of missiles for air defense systems do not arrive or are delayed.<\/p>\n

This Russian terror once again proves: protection against the Russian missile threat is the most important task for preserving the lives of our people. And this is a task that cannot be only Ukrainian, only one country’s responsibility. All partners know how and with what they can help. Untimely assistance, delays in the supply of anti-ballistic missiles \u2014 these are exactly such destructions, exactly such victims that, unfortunately, we see today. It is important to support the protection of life. Thank you to everyone who is truly helping!”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
