The collected evidence, according to law enforcement, indicates the systematic nature of such actions.<\/p>\n<p>The major was detained. Under the procedural guidance of the <strong>Odesa Specialized Defense Prosecutor&#8217;s Office of the Southern Region<\/strong>, he was charged under <strong>part 5 of Article 426-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The penalty under the article provides for up to <strong>12 years&#8217; imprisonment<\/strong>.
