Fuel prices in Ukraine<\/strong> continue to rise sharply due to the simultaneous impact of several crisis factors. Since Friday, July 17, 2026<\/strong>, leading networks of gas stations have raised the price of gasoline and diesel fuel overall by 3\u20136 hryvnias per liter<\/strong>, and the cheapest diesel has already crossed the 80 hryvnias<\/strong> mark. This was reported on July 23, 2026<\/strong> by the publication \u201cRBC-Ukraine\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the OKKO<\/strong> network, Pulls 100<\/strong> gasoline rose to 91.90 hryvnias per liter<\/strong>, Pulls 95<\/strong> \u2013 to 84.90 hryvnias<\/strong>, A-95<\/strong> Euro \u2013 to 81.90 hryvnias<\/strong>. Pulls diesel costs 87.90 hryvnias<\/strong>, and Diesel Euro \u2013 84.90 hryvnias per liter<\/strong>. Gasoline in the network rose by 3 hryvnias<\/strong>, diesel \u2013 by 5 hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At WOG<\/strong> stations, 100<\/strong> gasoline costs 92.90 hryvnias per liter<\/strong>, Mustang 95<\/strong> \u2013 85.90 hryvnias<\/strong>, and 95<\/strong> Euro \u2013 82.90 hryvnias<\/strong>. Mustang diesel rose in price to 88.90 hryvnias<\/strong>, Diesel Euro-5<\/strong> \u2013 to 85.90 hryvnias<\/strong>. Gasoline in the network increased by 4 hryvnias<\/strong>, and diesel fuel \u2013 immediately by 6 hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the SOCAR<\/strong> network, NANO 100<\/strong> gasoline is sold at 93.90 hryvnias per liter<\/strong>, NANO 95<\/strong> \u2013 at 86.90 hryvnias<\/strong>, A-95<\/strong> \u2013 at 83.90 hryvnias<\/strong>. NANO Extro diesel costs 87.90 hryvnias<\/strong>, ordinary NANO \u2013 84.90 hryvnias per liter<\/strong>. The increase amounted to 3\u20134 hryvnias<\/strong> depending on the type of fuel.<\/p>\n

At \u201cUkrnafta\u201d stations, 98<\/strong> Energy gasoline rose to 84.90 hryvnias per liter<\/strong>, 95<\/strong> Energy \u2013 to 80.90 hryvnias<\/strong>, A-95<\/strong> \u2013 to 77.90 hryvnias<\/strong>, and A-92<\/strong> \u2013 to 75.90 hryvnias<\/strong>. Energy diesel costs 82.40 hryvnias<\/strong>, ordinary diesel \u2013 80.40 hryvnias<\/strong>. Autogas in this network rose by 1 hryvnia<\/strong> \u2013 to 39.40 hryvnias per liter<\/strong>. In the other three large networks the gas price remained at 41.90 hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The founder and CEO of the Prime Group of companies, Dmytro Lyoushkin<\/strong>, predicts that the psychological mark of 100 hryvnias<\/strong> will be crossed by the Ukrainian fuel market quite quickly, and the price could reach at least 105 hryvnias per liter<\/strong>. One of the main reasons for the price increase, Dmytro Lyoushkin<\/strong> named, is the situation in the global oil market. The price of oil is approaching 100 dollars per barrel<\/strong>. Quotations were affected by Houthi interventions, shipping problems and the closure of a strait. Due to the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, the supply of resources from Saudi Arabia<\/strong> and the United Arab Emirates<\/strong> has been disrupted.<\/p>\n

Another factor has been a shortage of oil products in Europe<\/strong>. According to the expert, the European market lacks resources from Turkey<\/strong>, Russia<\/strong>, Kazakhstan<\/strong> and Belarus<\/strong>. Small supply volumes from Israel<\/strong> and Azerbaijan<\/strong> are not able to fully cover this deficit. Refining capacities are also loaded, and competition for available fuel batches is intensifying. Logistics for supplying fuel to Ukraine<\/strong> remains a separate problem. According to Dmytro Lyoushkin<\/strong>, Greece<\/strong> does not provide tankers to transport the necessary volumes of oil products. Due to the low water level in the Danube<\/strong>, vessels instead of the usual 4\u20135 thousand tonnes<\/strong> can take only about 1 thousand tonnes<\/strong> of cargo. This increases the number of voyages, transportation costs and the final cost price of fuel.<\/p>\n

The price increases coincided with the harvest season, when farmers sharply increase their consumption of diesel fuel. At the same time, farmers have problems selling grain because ships are limited in calling at the ports of Odesa<\/strong>. Additional pressure on prices is created by currency fluctuations, since most fuel and oil products are Ukraine<\/strong> purchases from abroad.<\/p>\n

According to the expert\u2019s assessment, strikes by Russian occupiers on gas stations are not a decisive factor in the current price increase. During such attacks, shops, pylons and above-ground structures are mostly damaged, while underground tanks, pumps and pipelines often remain usable. The operation of stations in such cases can be restored relatively quickly.<\/p>\n
