As a result, the city budget was short <strong>4.4 million hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecutor&#8217;s office emphasized that it went to court to protect the interests of the territorial community due to the inaction of the Mykolaiv City Council, which did not take measures on its own to recover the debt.<\/p>\n<p>During the court proceedings the owner of the shopping center voluntarily transferred <strong>450 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> to the budget.<\/p>\n<p>The remainder of the debt was ordered to be recovered by the Commercial Court of Mykolaiv Oblast.
