During July 5<\/strong> and the morning of July 6, 2026<\/strong>, Russian occupiers attacked Mykolaiv Oblast with strike UAVs of the “Shahed\/Gerbera”<\/strong> type and FPV drones. As a result of the strikes, six people<\/strong> were injured, and two gas stations, a private house, vehicles, a power line, and agricultural machinery were damaged.<\/p>\n

This was reported as of the morning of July 6<\/strong> by the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration and the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Mykolaiv Oblast.<\/p>\n

In the Nechayanska community<\/strong>, a 49-year-old woman<\/strong> was injured in the attack. She was hospitalized; as of the morning she was in a stable condition of moderate severity. Later, a 45-year-old man<\/strong> independently sought medical help at a facility in another region. The gas station building was also damaged, where a fire covering 200 square meters<\/strong> broke out.<\/p>\n

During a repeated “Shahed\/Gerbera” attack in the Novoodeska community<\/strong>, two men aged 39<\/strong> and 40<\/strong> were wounded. They were hospitalized; doctors assessed both as in a stable condition of moderate severity. The strike damaged a gas station building and a power line, and a fire of 15 square meters<\/strong> broke out on the station’s premises.<\/p>\n

Both fires at the gas stations were extinguished by State Emergency Service units.<\/p>\n

In the Koblivska community<\/strong>, a private residential house and two vehicles were damaged following the strike UAV attack. No information about casualties there has been reported.<\/p>\n

In addition, during the day Russian forces attacked the Ochakivska<\/strong> and Halytsynivska communities<\/strong> five times<\/strong> with FPV drones. During one of the strikes in the Halytsynivska community<\/strong>, men aged 61<\/strong> and 65<\/strong> sustained minor injuries. They refused hospitalization.<\/p>\n

As a result of that attack, agricultural machinery was damaged and the combine harvester’s header caught fire.<\/p>\n

In total, 8 fires<\/strong> broke out on agricultural land in the region, of which 5<\/strong> were caused by Russian shelling. The fire engulfed 51.5 hectares<\/strong> of standing wheat and 5 hectares<\/strong> each of rapeseed and peas. During firefighting, rescuers managed to save an additional 440.5 hectares<\/strong> of crops from the flames.<\/p>\n

Due to the attacks, fields with stubble burned three more times. The burned areas measured 8,000<\/strong>, 2,000<\/strong> and 500 square meters<\/strong>, respectively. Fires were recorded in Mykolaiv<\/strong>, Pervomaiskyi<\/strong>, Voznesenskyi<\/strong> and Bashtanskyi districts<\/strong>, as well as in the city of Mykolaiv<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
