We have certain technologies, certain technologies are in Germany. And today our defense ministers have already signed an agreement to combine these capabilities together. There is a company in Ukraine that is capable of producing ballistic missiles, Fire Point is moving toward that. And you have capable companies too,\u201d \u2014 said President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He specifically emphasized that Russia continues to rely on missile strikes, so it is critically important for Ukraine to develop anti-missile, in particular anti-ballistic, capabilities.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p>\u201cHe (Putin \u2013 ed.) has ballistic missiles, so we need anti-missile capabilities\u2026 We defend ourselves against cruise missiles, but Russian ballistic missiles remain a problem, and we need an answer to this problem,\u201d \u2014
