{"id":592535,"date":"2026-06-10T20:32:42","date_gmt":"2026-06-10T17:32:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/2026\/06\/592535\/shrimp-gobies-and-crabs-illegal-fishing-exposed-in-the-black-sea-in-the-mykolaiv-region\/"},"modified":"2026-06-10T20:32:45","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T17:32:45","slug":"shrimp-gobies-and-crabs-illegal-fishing-exposed-in-the-black-sea-in-the-mykolaiv-region","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/06\/592535\/shrimp-gobies-and-crabs-illegal-fishing-exposed-in-the-black-sea-in-the-mykolaiv-region\/","title":{"rendered":"Shrimp, gobies and crabs: illegal fishing exposed in the Black Sea in the Mykolaiv region"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Illegal harvesting of aquatic biological resources was uncovered on the shores of the <strong>Black Sea<\/strong> near the village of <strong>Luhove<\/strong> in Mykolaiv Raion of Mykolaiv Oblast.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This was reported on <strong>June 9, 2026<\/strong> by the State Environmental Inspectorate of the South-Western District.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">According to the inspectorate, the violation was established by state inspectors for environmental protection together with personnel of military unit VSP 26 of the 26th Border Detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The violation was discovered on <strong>June 5<\/strong> during environmental protection activities. The site recorded the use of prohibited fishing gear \u2014 three yaters.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">These gear were used to carry out illegal harvesting of aquatic biological resources without the appropriate special-use permit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">As a result of the inspection, inspectors found illegally caught aquatic resources: <strong>632 shrimp<\/strong>, <strong>8 gobies<\/strong>, <strong>1 glos<\/strong> and <strong>6 crabs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On this fact, state inspectors drew up a protocol on an administrative offense under <strong>Part 4 of Article 85 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (\u041a\u0423\u043f\u0410\u041f)<\/strong>.
