A member of the military-medical commission at KNP Mykolaiv City Council “City Hospital No.3”<\/strong> Oleg Savelyev<\/strong> listed the appearance of new family assets worth millions of hryvnias in his declaration for 2025<\/strong>. The report concerns two apartments in Odesa<\/strong>, a non-monetary gift valued at 3 651 220 hryvnias<\/strong> and an electric crossover BYD Leopard 3 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This was June 4, 2026<\/strong> reported<\/a> by Nikcenter<\/strong> with reference to the official declaration. In the declarations register Oleg Savelyev<\/strong> is listed as a member of the military-medical commission at City Hospital No.3<\/strong>. The official page of the Health Department of the Mykolaiv City Council<\/strong> also lists Oleg Savelyev<\/strong> as the head of the urology department of that hospital.<\/p>\n

According to the declaration, the wife of Oleg Savelyev<\/strong>, Lyudmyla Savelyeva<\/strong>, became the owner in 2025<\/strong> of an apartment with an area of 93.8 sq. m<\/strong>. The value of this property at the date of acquisition is indicated as 3 651 220 hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The income section of the declaration states that Lyudmyla Savelyeva<\/strong> received a non-monetary gift from Anatolii Osipchuk<\/strong> in the same amount \u2014 3 651 220 hryvnias<\/strong>. The expenditures and transactions section also records the donation of real estate to the declarant\u2019s wife from her father.<\/p>\n

In addition to this apartment, the declaration lists another apartment of the wife in Odesa<\/strong> with an area of 44.78 sq. m<\/strong>. Its value at the date of acquisition is 932 043 hryvnias<\/strong>. According to the document, ownership of this property arose on August 15, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Also in 2025<\/strong>, Oleg Savelyev<\/strong> declared a passenger car, BYD Leopard 3 2025 model<\/strong>. Date of acquisition \u2014 October 18, 2025<\/strong>, value at acquisition \u2014 1 066 550 hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The declaration also notes that the wife of Oleg Savelyev<\/strong> has owned a dacha (country house) since 2006<\/strong> with an area of 168.4 sq. m<\/strong>. The value of this property at the date of acquisition is listed in the document as unknown.<\/p>\n

Regarding income, in 2025<\/strong> Oleg Savelyev<\/strong> received 345 139 hryvnias<\/strong> in salary from City Hospital No.3<\/strong>. His wife Lyudmyla Savelyeva<\/strong> declared 309 547 hryvnias<\/strong> in salary at the Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital<\/strong>. In addition, Oleg Savelyev<\/strong> received 1 879 794 hryvnias<\/strong> in income from the disposal of real estate.<\/p>\n

In cash, Oleg Savelyev<\/strong> declared 800 000 hryvnias<\/strong>, 10 000 euros<\/strong> and 1 000 US dollars<\/strong>. His wife indicated 300 000 hryvnias<\/strong> and 7 000 euros<\/strong> in cash.<\/p>\n

Formally, all these assets and incomes are included in the declaration. At the same time, during wartime, when the military-medical commission attracts particular public attention, the appearance in the family of a commission member of apartments in Odesa<\/strong>, a gift worth over 3.6 million hryvnias<\/strong> and a new car worth over 1 million hryvnias<\/strong> inevitably raises additional questions about the transparency of the origin of the assets and the completeness of the explanations in the declaration.<\/p>\n
