Fuel problems are being linked to the consequences of regular attacks on Russia&#8217;s oil refineries, some of which still have not resumed operations or are not operating at full capacity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1610\">Among the regions reporting restrictions or fuel shortages are <strong data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1283\">Ryazan Oblast<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1304\">Kursk Oblast<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1330\">Belgorod Oblast<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1353\">Pskov Oblast<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1377\">Moscow Oblast<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1404\">Leningrad Oblast<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1428\">Krasnoyarsk Krai<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1449\">Tomsk Oblast<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1473\">Republic of Karelia<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1497\">Murmansk Oblast<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1521\">Voronezh Oblast<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1544\">Oryol Oblast<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1546\" data-end=\"1570\">Novgorod Oblast<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1584\">Kamchatka<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1609\">Samara Oblast<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1612\" data-end=\"1918\">According to Reuters, occupied <strong data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1650\">Crimea<\/strong> has already tightened restrictions on fuel sales after Ukrainian strikes on energy infrastructure and supply logistics. In particular, there were reports of gasoline being sold by coupons, queues at gas stations and limits on fuel purchases.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1920\" data-end=\"2142\">Serious fuel shortages are also being recorded in the temporarily occupied territories. These territories and <strong data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2027\">Crimea<\/strong> are especially dependent on Russian logistics, which after strikes on refineries and supply routes is becoming increasingly vulnerable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2517\">According to Ukrainian and international media, problems on the Russian fuel market intensified after a series of strikes on oil refineries.
