{"id":588558,"date":"2026-05-17T16:09:12","date_gmt":"2026-05-17T13:09:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/2026\/05\/588558\/again-market-without-a-permit-12-protocols-filed-against-informal-traders-in-the-korabelnyi-district\/"},"modified":"2026-05-17T16:09:15","modified_gmt":"2026-05-17T13:09:15","slug":"again-market-without-a-permit-12-protocols-filed-against-informal-traders-in-the-korabelnyi-district","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/05\/588558\/again-market-without-a-permit-12-protocols-filed-against-informal-traders-in-the-korabelnyi-district\/","title":{"rendered":"Again \"market without a permit\": 12 protocols filed against \"informal traders\" in the Korabelnyi District"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"977\"><strong>From<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"763\">May 11 to 15<\/strong> 2026, specialists of the Trade and Entrepreneurship Coordination Department of the <strong>administration<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"860\">of the Korabelnyi District<\/strong> carried out routine raids to handle locations of illegal street trading in the territory of the Korabelnyi District of the city of Mykolaiv.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1103\">The purpose of the inspections \u2014 to prevent the establishment of illegal trade outlets in places where such stalls regularly reappear.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1271\">Raids were conducted at the following addresses:<br \/>\n<strong data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1158\">Samoylovycha St., 24<\/strong>,<br \/>\n<strong data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1186\">Metalurhiv St., 28-36<\/strong>,<br \/>\n<strong data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1212\">Okeanivska St., 14<\/strong>,<br \/>\n<strong data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1241\">Bohoyavlenskyi Ave., 311<\/strong>,<br \/>\n<strong data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1270\">Bohoyavlenskyi Ave., 342<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1528\">As a result of the operation, <strong data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1325\">12 protocols<\/strong> were drawn up under Art. 152 of the Code of Ukraine &#8220;On Administrative Offenses&#8221;. These relate to violations of state standards, norms and rules in the field of settlement improvement, as well as rules for the upkeep of territories.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1668\">The materials to bring the offenders to administrative responsibility were sent to the administrative commissions at the offenders&#8217; places of residence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1668\">For the Korabelnyi District this problem remains chronic: raids are carried out regularly, protocols are drawn up almost weekly, but illegal street trading still
