At the same time the average price per square meter of such housing is approximately <strong data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1001\">473 dollars<\/strong>. This is<a href=\"https:\/\/lun.ua\/stat\/sale\/ukraine\"> indicated<\/a> by current analytics data from <strong data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1052\">LUN<\/strong>, published as of <strong data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1099\">May 14, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1213\">By these indicators <strong data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1134\">Mykolaiv<\/strong> remains one of the cheapest cities in <strong data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1184\">Ukraine<\/strong> on the private house market. For comparison, in <strong data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1242\">Odesa<\/strong> the average house price reaches <strong data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1289\">160,000 dollars<\/strong>, and the square meter costs approximately <strong data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1342\">1,040 dollars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1537\">Western regions of the country remain even more expensive. For example, in <strong data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1417\">Lviv<\/strong> the average cost of a private house is <strong data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1483\">221,000 dollars<\/strong>, and the price per square meter &#8211; about <strong data-start=\"1520\" data-end=\"1536\">1,410 dollars<\/strong>. In <strong data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1550\">Kyiv<\/strong> a private house on average is sold for <strong data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1613\">220,000 dollars<\/strong>, and the cost per square meter is approximately <strong data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1678\">1,260 dollars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1931\">At the same time even in some central oblasts prices are noticeably higher than in <strong data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1766\">Mykolaiv<\/strong>. For example, in <strong data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1792\">Vinnytsia<\/strong> the average house price is <strong data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1842\">89,000 dollars<\/strong>, in <strong data-start=\"1846\" data-end=\"1859\">Chernivtsi<\/strong> &#8211; <strong data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1881\">150,000 dollars<\/strong>, and in <strong data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"1908\">Ivano-Frankivsk<\/strong> &#8211; <strong data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"1930\">140,000 dollars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"2103\">LUN analytics <strong data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1950\">LUN<\/strong> also shows annual market dynamics.
