They also highlighted the most common mistakes made during the practical exam and provided advice intended to help candidates pass the skills assessment with greater confidence.<\/p>\n<p>The MVS emphasizes a trend of Ukrainian women more actively changing their professional trajectories and mastering specialties that until recently were mostly considered &#8220;male&#8221;, particularly in the field of freight transportation.<\/p>\n<p>For a significant number of participants, retraining has become a tool to adapt to new economic realities and an opportunity to secure a stable income.<\/p>\n<p>Among the participants&#8217; stories is a future driver who worked as a speech therapist for over <strong>30<\/strong> years, but after the introduction of martial law and the shift to remote work decided to change her profession.
