The leadership of the Mykolaiv Regional Council<\/strong> published declarations for 2025<\/strong>. The council head, his first deputy and a deputy together declared more than 4,6 \u043c\u0456\u043b\u044c\u0439\u043e\u043d\u0430 \u0433\u0440\u0438\u0432\u0435\u043d\u044c<\/strong> in salaries, as well as foreign currency savings, real estate and vehicles.<\/p>\n

This concerns the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Council Anton Tabunshchyk<\/strong>, the first deputy Ihor Shcherbyna<\/strong> and the deputy Denys Andriiev<\/strong>. Their total annual salary for 2025<\/strong> amounted to 4 625 531 hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Anton Tabunshchyk<\/h3>\n

The highest salary among the council leadership was declared<\/a> by Anton Tabunshchyk<\/strong>. For 2025<\/strong> he received 1 834 581 hryvnias<\/strong>, which is on average about 152.8 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> per month. For comparison, in 2024<\/strong> his salary was 1 552 731 hryvnias<\/strong>, so the official annual income of the official increased by 281 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> over the year.<\/p>\n

In addition to his salary, the family of Anton Tabunshchyk<\/strong> received more than 10 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> under the “National Cashback” program.<\/p>\n

The head of the council’s declaration lists a residential house in the village of Mishkovo-Pohorilove<\/strong> with an area of 544.1 m\u00b2<\/strong>, which is in joint ownership with Tetiana Zhelo<\/strong>, as well as a land plot of 887 m\u00b2<\/strong>. Anton Tabunshchyk<\/strong> also owns an apartment of 68 m\u00b2<\/strong>. His wife Iryna Tabunshchyk<\/strong> owns a share in an apartment of 68.1 m\u00b2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The official drives his own Jeep Cherokee 2018<\/strong> and a motorcycle Kawasaki D-Tracker<\/strong>. His wife has been using a Skoda Fabia<\/strong> since 2024<\/strong>, which belongs to Volodymyr Pavlenkov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The family’s cash savings have also increased. While previously Anton Tabunshchyk<\/strong> declared 49 thousand dollars<\/strong>, in 2025<\/strong> he indicated 52 thousand dollars<\/strong> in cash. His wife increased her savings from 17 thousand euros<\/strong> to 20 thousand euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ihor Shcherbyna<\/h3>\n

The first deputy head of the council Ihor Shcherbyna<\/strong> received 1 343 231 hryvnias<\/strong> in salary from the regional council for 2025<\/strong>. On average this is about 111.9 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> per month.<\/p>\n

In addition, Ihor Shcherbyna<\/strong> declared<\/a> 124.6 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> in salary from a military unit. His wife Tetiana Shcherbyna<\/strong>, who heads the Olshanske settlement council<\/strong>, earned 1 million 8 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Thus, the couple’s combined income from salaries amounted to more than 2.4 million hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In May 2025<\/strong> Ihor Shcherbyna<\/strong> purchased a Mazda 6 2016<\/strong> for 400 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>. The family also has a Chevrolet Lacetti 2009<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The couple owns an apartment of 61.6 m\u00b2<\/strong> in Olshanske<\/strong>. The declaration also shows an increase in the family’s foreign currency savings: while previously Tetiana Shcherbyna<\/strong> reported 20 thousand dollars<\/strong> in cash, for 2025<\/strong> she declared 25 thousand dollars<\/strong>. Ihor Shcherbyna<\/strong> did not report any personal cash funds.<\/p>\n

Denys Andriiev<\/h3>\n

The deputy head of the Mykolaiv Regional Council Denys Andriiev<\/strong> declared<\/a> 1 447 719 hryvnias<\/strong> in salary for 2025<\/strong>. His average monthly income was about 120 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The official’s wife Iryna Andriieva<\/strong> earned over 425 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> over the year. Of these, 373.4 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> were earned at the Department of Economic Development of the Regional State Administration. She also received payments from the municipal enterprise “Mykolaiv Regional Guard”<\/strong> and the NGO “Oberih of the Mykolaiv Region”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Denys Andriiev<\/strong> owns an apartment in Mykolaiv<\/strong> with an area of 293.1 m\u00b2<\/strong>. His wife owns an apartment of 44.1 m\u00b2<\/strong>, two summer houses of 32.6 m\u00b2<\/strong> each, and two land plots in Ochakiv<\/strong> and neighboring Chornomorka<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In Denys Andriiev<\/strong>‘s ownership is a motorcycle Kawasaki VN 1600 Vulcan<\/strong>. His wife owns a Mini Cooper<\/strong>. In addition, the official uses a Lexus RX 350 2009<\/strong>, which belongs to Svitlana Andriieva<\/strong>, and his wife uses a Volkswagen Passat 2017<\/strong>, owned by LLC YF “Egida Lex”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In cash, Denys Andriiev<\/strong> declared 1 million 50 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> and 25 thousand dollars<\/strong>. Another 10 thousand dollars<\/strong> in cash belong to his wife.<\/p>\n

Against the backdrop of the war, the constant shelling of the Mykolaiv region<\/strong>, problems with community budgets and the needs of the military, such declarations inevitably raise questions among people: how quickly the incomes of officials who make decisions on behalf of the region are growing, and how well these incomes correspond to the real state of the region.<\/p>\n
