It\u2019s true, and there\u2019s nothing you can do about it; we need to look the problem in the face. To a greater extent the problem (shortage of personnel &#8211; ed.) is in the frontline regions, because to the mobilization issue we add the problem of risks and work,\u201d \u2014 said <strong>Vitalii Kim<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Earlier he outlined the factors that, in his view, will ensure the return of business to the <strong>Mykolaiv region<\/strong> after the end of
