it concerns a local resident aged <strong>53<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling was reported by the press service of the Central District Court of the city of <strong>Mykolaiv<\/strong>, noting that the suspect is charged with openly taking a phone from its owner.<\/p>\n<p>From the motion&#8217;s materials it follows that the man, passing by a summer terrace of a shop on Zakhysnykiv Mykolaieva Street, saw a mobile phone on a table left by its owner, who was sitting at that table.<\/p>\n<p>Approaching closer, the suspect took the device and walked away, despite the victim&#8217;s attempts to stop him, after which he left the scene.<\/p>\n<p>The actions are qualified under Part <strong>4<\/strong> of Article <strong>186<\/strong> of the Criminal Code of Ukraine \u2014 robbery committed on a large scale or under conditions of martial law or a state of emergency;
