detained two employees of a department of the Mykolaiv District Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TCC and SS) on suspicion of facilitating men&#8217;s evasion of mobilization.<\/p>\n<p>The agency reported that earlier in the region they detained a man who for <strong>8<\/strong> thousand dollars promised to \u201csolve the issue\u201d of directing conscripts to rear units, support units and TCC and SS.<\/p>\n<p>According to the investigation, the intermediary claimed he had the necessary connections and could arrange a fictitious assignment with the subsequent obtaining of three refusals from different military units.<\/p>\n<p>This person was notified of suspicion under part <strong>3<\/strong> of Article <strong>369-2<\/strong> of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>During further investigative actions, the involvement in the scheme of the temporarily acting head of the <strong>2<\/strong> department of the Mykolaiv District TCC and SS and his subordinate was established.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p>\u201cAccording to the investigation, they, in agreement with the organizer, made unauthorized changes to the state accounting system \u201cObereg\u201d in the interests of \u201cclients\u201d, &#8211; the report says.\u201d, \u2014 the SBI reported.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The detained TCC and SS employees were notified of suspicion under part <strong>3<\/strong> of Article <strong>362<\/strong> of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the sanction of which provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to <strong>6<\/strong> years.<\/p>\n<p>The pre-trial investigation is currently ongoing; investigators are identifying persons who may have used such \u201cservices.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Earlier we
