The approximate starting price of the enterprise is <strong data-start=\"418\" data-end=\"436\">86 million dollars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"439\" data-end=\"657\">This was reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rbc.ua\/rus\/news\/prodadut-tilki-ocean-plaza-ki-derzhavni-giganti-1777281503.html\"><strong data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"472\">RBC-Ukraine<\/strong><\/a>, quoting the words of the head of the State Property Fund <strong data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"544\">Dmytro Natalukha<\/strong>, which he voiced during a press conference about his first <strong data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"608\">100 days<\/strong> in office.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"927\">This concerns one of the key industrial enterprises of <strong data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"724\">Mykolaiv<\/strong>, which produced alumina \u2014 the raw material for the subsequent production of aluminum. Since the start of the full-scale war the plant has effectively been idle, and earlier it was associated with Russian oligarch <strong data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"926\">Oleg Deripaska<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"1305\">In <strong data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"971\">2026<\/strong> the State Property Fund also plans to put up for sale other large assets: <strong data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1057\">\u201cSumykhimprom\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 in the <strong data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1091\">second\u2013third quarters<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1113\">Demurivskyi GZK<\/strong> \u2014 in the <strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1139\">third quarter<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1173\">\u201cOdesa Port Plant\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 in the <strong data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1211\">third\u2013fourth quarters<\/strong>, as well as the plant <strong data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1238\">\u201cIndar\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 in the <strong data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1266\">fourth quarter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1629\">For <strong data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1324\">Mykolaiv<\/strong> the sale of the MAP is not just another privatization. It is a question about the future of an entire industrial site, jobs, environmental safety and whether the state, after confiscating Russian assets, will be able to actually return them to Ukraine\u2019s economy rather than simply sell \u201cat auction\u201d for the lowest possible price.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1923\">Earlier on <strong data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1659\">Korabelov.info<\/strong> we already wrote that the <strong data-start=\"1678\" data-end=\"1713\">Mykolaiv Alumina Plant<\/strong> was included in the list of objects that the state plans to put up for sale as a priority. At that time it was about the schedule for the realization of sanctioned assets approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1923\">Read:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/ru\/2023\/03\/385463\/kvartiry-avto-ceha-i-dengi-polnyj-spisok-nacionalizirovannogo-ukrainoj-imushhestva-u-vladelca-ngz-deripaski\/\">List of Deripaska&#8217;s assets that were confiscated in Ukraine<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"906\">For comparison: only the confiscated <strong data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"700\">440,000 tonnes of bauxite<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"729\">110,000 tonnes of alumina<\/strong> related to this story were valued at more than <strong data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"796\">UAH 2 billion<\/strong>. So the starting <strong data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"829\">UAH 3.4 billion<\/strong> for the entire plant looks very modest.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1265\"><strong data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1265\">86 million dollars for the MAP is rather a low starting price than the real value of the industrial giant.
