According to residents, a cavity has formed under the asphalt, creating a risk for vehicles, especially for trucks that regularly enter the local store. The residents of the building themselves, who were the first to raise the alarm, speak of a real threat to vehicles and people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1304\"><a href=\"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/04\/581925\/the-situation-is-sketchy-near-a-multi-storey-building-in-the-korabelnyi-district-the-asphalt-is-collapsing-and-beneath-it-a-void\/\">&#8220;The situation is scary&#8221;: near the apartment building in Korabelnyi the asphalt is collapsing, and beneath it \u2014 a void<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1719\">People reported the problem to their management company as early as <strong data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1361\">April 10, 2026<\/strong>. Only three days later, on <strong data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1426\">April 13, 2026<\/strong>, a commission arrived on site with representatives of the management company and <strong data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1520\">Oblteploenergo<\/strong>. After the inspection it was determined that the problem was not related to their networks, and responsibility was effectively redirected to other services \u2014 in particular <strong data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1688\">&#8220;Mykolaivvodokanal&#8221;<\/strong> and the city council&#8217;s Department of Housing and Communal Services.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1957\">As of the morning of <strong data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1750\">April 23<\/strong>, 2026 the situation remained dangerous \u2014 the collapse had not been eliminated, and the road surface continued to deteriorate.
