In 2025<\/strong> a deputy from the \u201cServant of the People\u201d party Natalia Horbenko<\/strong>, who was elected to the Mykolaiv City Council<\/strong> by residents of the Korabelnyi District<\/strong>, where she herself lives, purchased another room in Bulgaria and added shares and other securities of foreign companies that bring her dividends to her investment portfolio.<\/p>\n

Information about assets and income is contained in her declaration<\/a>, published in the NACP registry. The document, among other things, records a residential house of 354.5<\/strong> sq.m in Mykolaiv<\/strong>, which since 2025<\/strong> has been owned by her husband.<\/p>\n

In Bulgaria<\/strong> Horbenko has several rooms: since 2022<\/strong> \u2014 an area of 39.89<\/strong> sq.m valued at 531 881<\/strong> hryvnias; since 2024<\/strong> \u2014 an area of 58.34<\/strong> sq.m, valued at 2.9<\/strong> million hryvnias; since 2025<\/strong> \u2014 an area of 43.65<\/strong> sq.m, value \u2014 1.7<\/strong> million hryvnias.<\/p>\n

The deputy\u2019s husband – Vitaliy Lebedenko<\/strong> – owns land plots: since 2023<\/strong> \u2014 in Vinnytsia region with an area of 65 609<\/strong> sq.m, estimated value \u2014 655 015<\/strong> hryvnias, and also in Khmelnytskyi region with an area of 22 674<\/strong> sq.m valued at 212 687<\/strong> hryvnias.<\/p>\n

Among declared vehicles: the husband \u2014 a passenger pickup ZAZ-1105 57, 2006<\/strong> year of manufacture for 28 000<\/strong> hryvnias; Natalia Horbenko \u2014 Mazda CX-3 2019<\/strong> year of manufacture, purchased in 2020<\/strong> with a value of 640 000<\/strong> hryvnias.<\/p>\n

In 2025<\/strong> the deputy became the owner of a package of shares and other instruments on foreign exchanges: 155<\/strong> securities of the SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 Growth ETF, 39<\/strong> \u2014 in the ETF Dow Jones Industrial, 42<\/strong> shares of Amazon.com, Inc., 405<\/strong> \u2014 of the iShares Short-Term Corporate Bond ETF, 425<\/strong> \u2014 of the Vanguard Short-Term Inflation-Protected Securities ETF, 80<\/strong> \u2014 iShares Core MSCI Pacific ETF, 50<\/strong> \u2014 of the iShares US Consumer Staples ETF, 25<\/strong> \u2014 SPDR Gold Shares ETF, 60<\/strong> shares of NVIDIA Corporation, 25<\/strong> \u2014 Invesco Aerospace & Defense ETF (PPA), 4<\/strong> \u2014 ALIBABA GROUP HOLDIG-SP ADR, 915<\/strong> shares \u2014 MHP SE, 100<\/strong> \u2014 KERNEL HOLDING SA, 4100<\/strong> \u2014 FERREXPO PLC, and also 2<\/strong> US Treasury bonds.<\/p>\n

In addition, since 2024<\/strong> she has had 1<\/strong> share of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc.<\/p>\n

In total, Natalia Horbenko owns 6 428<\/strong> securities.<\/p>\n

Regarding the family\u2019s business assets: the husband owns 100<\/strong>% of the corporate rights of PE \u00abLegoklin\u00bb and LLC \u00abAstrea MK\u00bb, and also 33.3<\/strong>% in VF \u00abLegkolin\u00bb.<\/p>\n

The deputy herself since 2022<\/strong> has declared corporate rights in the charitable organization \u00abShchedryk<\/strong>\u00bb, without specifying the share.<\/p>\n

For 2025<\/strong> Natalia Horbenko as an entrepreneur received 494 500<\/strong> hryvnias of income, in the BF \u00abShchedryk\u00bb she declared a salary of 901 793<\/strong> hryvnias, and also reported 1 375<\/strong> hryvnias as an additional benefit and 454<\/strong> hryvnias of interest in \u00abUniversalbank\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Separately indicated are incomes from the disposal of assets: 3.1<\/strong> million hryvnias \u2014 from the sale of real estate, 1.14<\/strong> million hryvnias \u2014 from the disposal of securities and corporate rights in Tesla Inc, and 43 048<\/strong> hryvnias \u2014 in ALIBABA GROUP HOLDING-SP ADR.<\/p>\n

The deputy also declared dividends from foreign companies totaling almost 72 thousand<\/strong> hryvnias and 951<\/strong> hryvnias of interest from US Treasury bonds.<\/p>\n

Natalia Horbenko\u2019s husband indicated in the declaration:<\/p>\n

– a pension in the amount of 80 460<\/strong> hryvnias,
\n– an additional benefit in \u00abUniversalbank\u00bb \u2014 4 184<\/strong> hryvnias,
\n<\/strong>– a salary at<\/strong> Municipal Enterprise \u201cCenter for Animal Protection\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 511 296<\/strong> hryvnias,
\n– income at LLC \u00abAstrea MK\u00bb \u2014 12 528<\/strong> hryvnias.
\nIn addition, he received 48 978<\/strong> hryvnias from renting out property, 23 688<\/strong> hryvnias of \u201cother income\u201d at LLC \u00abTvoe kolo\u00bb and 1 582<\/strong> hryvnias from Aval bank.<\/p>\n

Among Natalia Horbenko<\/strong>\u2019s savings are 73 727<\/strong> hryvnias<\/strong> and 1 194<\/strong> dollars<\/strong> in bank accounts, 64 532<\/strong> euros<\/strong> in Bulgaria and 11 314<\/strong> euros<\/strong> in Ukraine, funds in a bank for sole proprietor activity \u2014 5 581<\/strong> hryvnias. Separately declared are contributions to credit unions and other non-bank financial institutions: 10 000<\/strong> euros and 10 415<\/strong> dollars. The deputy keeps 500 000<\/strong> hryvnias in cash.<\/p>\n

Having such assets, already in 2024<\/strong> Natalia Horbenko took a loan from Serhii Kolesnyk<\/strong> (president of BO \u201cShchedryk\u201d and a deputy of the Mykolaiv district council) for 3<\/strong> million<\/strong> hryvnias, and so far has not returned any of that money.<\/p>\n
