{"id":583684,"date":"2026-04-21T14:25:32","date_gmt":"2026-04-21T11:25:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/2026\/04\/583684\/outbreak-of-intestinal-infection-at-a-mykolaiv-kindergarten-three-children-confirmed-to-have-acute-intestinal-infection\/"},"modified":"2026-04-21T14:25:35","modified_gmt":"2026-04-21T11:25:35","slug":"outbreak-of-intestinal-infection-at-a-mykolaiv-kindergarten-three-children-confirmed-to-have-acute-intestinal-infection","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/04\/583684\/outbreak-of-intestinal-infection-at-a-mykolaiv-kindergarten-three-children-confirmed-to-have-acute-intestinal-infection\/","title":{"rendered":"Outbreak of intestinal infection at a Mykolaiv kindergarten: three children confirmed to have acute intestinal infection"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In <strong>Mykolaiv<\/strong>, an outbreak of an acute intestinal infection has been recorded among pupils of one of the kindergartens: a signal to law enforcement was received on <strong>April 20<\/strong> from the regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Information about the received notification and subsequent actions by law enforcement was provided by the <a href=\"https:\/\/mk.npu.gov.ua\/news\/u-mykolaievi-politseiski-vstanovliuiut-obstavyny-spalakhu-infektsiinoi-khvoroby-u-doshkilnomu-navchalnomu-zakladi\">Communications Department of the Mykolaiv Regional Police<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to preliminary data, an acute intestinal infection was confirmed in <strong>3<\/strong> children, after which the parents sought medical help.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<\/strong> children were hospitalized, and another <strong>1<\/strong> child is being treated as an outpatient. All those affected are receiving the necessary assistance, and doctors are monitoring their condition.<\/p>\n<p>On this basis, law enforcement has initiated a criminal proceeding under Part <strong>1<\/strong> of Article <strong>325<\/strong> of the Criminal Code of Ukraine \u2014 on signs of violation of sanitary rules and norms aimed at preventing infectious diseases and mass poisonings.<\/p>\n<p>Epidemiologists are conducting a range of sanitary-epidemiological measures and laboratory studies to establish the source of the infection.
