Increasing the remuneration for supervisory board members is not possible without a decision of the Mykolaiv City Council.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The supervisory board was created by a decision of the Mykolaiv City Council at the initiative of the mayor and with the support of the EU Anti\u2011Corruption Initiative (EUACI) \u2014 a leading international technical assistance program funded by the EU and the Kingdom of Denmark.<\/p>\n<p>The published infographic also explained the composition and funding of the body\u2019s work.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p>\u201cThe supervisory board consists of three independent members and two owner representatives. The work of the supervisory board is paid for from the funds of the municipal enterprise \u00abMykolaivvodokanal\u00bb and totals for the work of all five members <strong>177 500<\/strong> UAH\/month.
