requirements, together with a <strong>3<\/strong>-year-old girl.<\/p>\n<p>A post by the administration of the Central District of the <strong>city of Mykolaiv<\/strong>, published on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/cenadmin\/posts\/pfbid0fVngYPtSiLtAwvfF8xz3kXPeCGXSYac9mZ9u6TtUo4VVKFQPdvTpgwuXSTRhjo78l?rdid=uQ0jtG5UZKlZLb7Y\">Facebook<\/a>, stated:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p>\u201cThe <strong>3<\/strong>-year-old girl was living without basic utilities and the ability to prepare food, which posed a real threat to her life and health.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Social workers provided consultations on protecting the child&#8217;s rights and explained options for obtaining shelter with adequate conditions.<\/p>\n<p>After the specialists intervened, the family received safe accommodation in the shelter of the charitable organization &#8220;Vidnovlennia&#8221;, humanitarian aid, as well as legal and social services to
