From April 5 to 8<\/strong> the Ukrainian Junior Synchronized Swimming Championship<\/strong> took place in Kyiv<\/strong>. The competition featured 80<\/strong> athletes from 8<\/strong> teams representing Donetsk, Mykolaiv<\/strong>, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv and Khmelnytskyi oblasts, as well as two teams from the city of Kyiv.<\/p>\n

The synchronized swimmers who train at KDYuSSh “Ukraine”, whose base is located at SC PB “Vodoliy” in the Korablevnyi District<\/strong>, and also at MO SHVSM, proudly represented Mykolaiv<\/strong> at these events. Mykolaiv athletes won a number of awards in various categories and once again confirmed the high level of the local synchronized swimming school.<\/p>\n

In the technical team event Anna Arsentieva<\/strong> took 1st place<\/strong> as part of the Ukrainian national team. Another award for the region was claimed by the Mykolaiv Oblast<\/strong> team, which took 2nd place<\/strong>. Its members included Anna Kirova<\/strong>, Polina Guliaieva<\/strong>, Anna Dudnik<\/strong>, Yana Artemenko<\/strong>, Nadiya Shkvarun<\/strong>, Anna Titenko<\/strong>, Marianna Kostenko<\/strong> and Milana Berenshtam<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the technical duet Anna Kirova<\/strong> and Anna Dudnik<\/strong> won 2nd place<\/strong>, confidently becoming national championship medalists.<\/p>\n

In the acrobatic group event another “gold” went to Anna Arsentieva<\/strong> and Oleksandra Shumylova<\/strong>, who competed as part of the Ukrainian national team. In addition, the Mykolaiv national team Mykolaiv<\/strong> took 2nd place<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the free routine the Mykolaiv Oblast<\/strong> team rose to the top of the podium and won 1st place<\/strong>. The winning team included Anna Kirova<\/strong>, Polina Guliaieva<\/strong>, Anna Arsentieva<\/strong>, Anna Dudnik<\/strong>, Yana Artemenko<\/strong>, Oleksandra Shumylova<\/strong> and Nadiya Shkvarun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Another award in this discipline was won by the Mykolaiv Oblast-2<\/strong> team, which took 3rd place<\/strong>. Its members were Kamila Levynska<\/strong>, Anna Krykunova<\/strong>, Olga Lehka<\/strong>, Kseniia Pikhtar<\/strong>, Dasha Koval<\/strong> and Kira Filippova<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The athletes were prepared by coaches Hanna Orel<\/strong>, Iryna Mironova<\/strong> and Olena Shumylova<\/strong>. Thanks to their work, the pupils of the school from the Korablevnyi District<\/strong> continue to maintain a high level and bring medals from national competitions to Mykolaiv<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
