The document was supported by <strong data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"476\">257 Members of Parliament<\/strong> \u2014 both in the first reading and in full.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"766\">According to the new amendments to the <strong data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"567\">Budget Code of Ukraine<\/strong>, a separate special fund will be created to receive proceeds from the military levy. These funds are planned to be used not only for the needs of the armed forces but also for the postwar reconstruction of the country. As stated in the explanatory note, the levy will not be cancelled immediately after the end of the war \u2014 it will be kept for another <strong data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"894\">three years<\/strong> to ensure stable state financing during recovery.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1141\">The Minister of Finance <strong data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1002\">Serhii Marchenko<\/strong> during the presentation of the document said that this decision will make it possible to attract more than <strong data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1119\">140 billion UAH<\/strong> to the budget over three years.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1183\">At the same time the levy rates will remain as follows:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1399\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1xxdcd4\" data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1225\">for individuals \u2014 <strong data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1223\">5% of income<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"vdv9be\" data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1344\">for <strong data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1256\">FOPs of groups 1, 2 and 4<\/strong> \u2014 <strong data-start=\"1259\" data-end=\"1291\">10% of the minimum wage<\/strong> (in <strong data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1308\">2026<\/strong> this is about <strong data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1341\">865 UAH per month<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"nxzglk\" data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1399\">for <strong data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1379\">FOPs and companies of group 3<\/strong> \u2014 <strong data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1399\">1% of income<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1570\">This bill is one of the so-called &#8220;beacons&#8221; for the <strong data-start=\"1453\" data-end=\"1485\">International Monetary Fund<\/strong>. Its adoption was a necessary condition for the continuation of financial support to Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1827\">On the eve of the vote, Prime Minister <strong data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1619\">Yuliia Svyrydenko<\/strong> held a meeting with the heads of parliamentary committees and emphasized that the Rada must consider a package of laws necessary to meet the conditions of both the <strong data-start=\"1767\" data-end=\"1774\">IMF<\/strong> program and the European initiative <strong data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1826\">Ukraine Facility<\/strong>.
