Another <strong data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1252\">19 vehicles<\/strong> require repairs. The company services <strong data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1322\">4 permanent<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1350\">2 temporary routes<\/strong>, and the total number of employees is <strong data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1409\">219 people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"2027\">Separately, the head emphasized that the company finished <strong data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1718\">2025<\/strong> with losses, which indicates serious managerial problems. Among the main shortcomings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"2027\">unsatisfactory condition of the premises,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"2027\">lack of proper conditions for vehicle repairs,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"2027\">critical violations of working conditions (no showers, changing rooms, or protective clothing),<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"2027\">procurement issues, in particular the use of cash funds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2029\" data-end=\"2272\">In addition, the company <strong>lacks a full accounting<\/strong> of passenger flows and preferential transportation, since only <strong data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2154\">28 buses<\/strong> are equipped with cameras. Proper control over fuel usage is also not maintained, which has already led to a shortage of diesel.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p data-start=\"2384\" data-end=\"2728\">&#8220;Right now it is important for us to conduct a full analysis of passenger flows and the operation of buses on routes. Based on the results we will make decisions regarding the optimization of existing routes and the possible launch of new ones. We also plan to introduce procurement management standards and policies to increase transparency and compliance with the law.
