Women may join the Armed Forces only of their own free will, and only citizens with medical and pharmaceutical education should be registered for military records.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Separately, the agency recounted a case when a Ukrainian woman without the appropriate qualifications ended up on the military register.
