Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/gupfukiev\/posts\/pfbid0ZhxZiVHTBpF5oMiTw6YhMobL6ZMBvUu5AR5SsA9QHdQehe4Z35LtiKSZcNcASz5bl?locale=ru_RU\">the official page of the Pension Fund of Ukraine on Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For pensioners there is a limit on the total amount of pension provision: the total pension with all supplements, increases and other payments must not exceed <strong>25,950<\/strong> hryvnias.<\/p>\n<p>The right to receive the payment is held, in particular, by recipients of the following types of pensions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>insurance pensions: old-age, disability, and survivor\u2019s pensions (in connection with the loss of a breadwinner);<\/li>\n<li>pensions for long service and special pensions (for civil servants, local government officials, members of parliament, scientists, military personnel);<\/li>\n<li>disability pensions or pensions in the event of the loss of a breadwinner among military personnel and civil servants, those affected by the Chornobyl NPP accident, as well as recipients of social pensions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Pension Fund separately emphasizes that this rule on the maximum pension amount does not apply to certain groups.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p>&#8220;At the same time, persons who took direct part in the defense of Ukraine and family members of those killed (deceased, missing) of such persons, and participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chornobyl NPP accident are granted the supplement regardless of the size of the pension&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Separate categories of recipients of state social assistance who can also count on this supplement have been identified. Among them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>internally displaced persons receiving housing assistance;<\/li>\n<li>low-income families \u2014 recipients of state social assistance;<\/li>\n<li>recipients of basic social assistance;<\/li>\n<li>persons with disabilities, including those with disabilities from childhood, as well as children with disabilities;<\/li>\n<li>persons who provide care for people with disabilities due to a mental disorder;<\/li>\n<li>citizens of pension age without a pension entitlement who have been assigned temporary state assistance;<\/li>\n<li>recipients of child benefits: single mothers, guardians\/caregivers, families with children who have serious illnesses, large families, as well as children deprived of parental care;<\/li>\n<li>caregiver-parents and foster parents who receive monetary support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Pension Fund clarified the terms and procedure for accrual: the procedure will be carried out without applications and additional appeals, and if a person has multiple grounds, the supplement will be paid for only one of them.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p>&#8220;The payment of the assistance will take place in <strong>April 2026<\/strong> automatically &#8211; no additional application is required.
