The wife of the mayor of Mykolaiv<\/strong>, Kateryna Senkevych<\/strong>, on 2 September 2025<\/strong> purchased in Poland an apartment of 74.64<\/strong> sq.m for 10 441 904<\/strong> UAH and a parking space for 534 950<\/strong> UAH. These data are contained in the 2025<\/strong> declaration submitted by the mayor, Oleksandr Senkevych<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The documents also record that since 1 July 2024<\/strong> Kateryna Senkevych has been renting in Poland an apartment of 112<\/strong> sq.m for living with her daughter and son. In addition, in May 2025<\/strong> she took out a mortgage loan in Poland for 615 000<\/strong> zlotys, and later made the mentioned purchase of the residence and parking space. Additionally, the mayor’s wife financially supported her Polish company by lending it 64 552<\/strong> zlotys and 7 587<\/strong> euros.<\/p>\n

Almost all of the family’s assets are registered to Kateryna Senkevych: she runs businesses in Ukraine and Poland and simultaneously works two jobs. At the same time, the declaration states that the mayor also owns real estate in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Regarding land: Oleksandr Senkevych has a plot of 1000<\/strong> sq.m since 2011<\/strong> and two additional plots of 1000<\/strong> sq.m each since 2013<\/strong>. The wife owns since 2009<\/strong> a land plot of 2622<\/strong> sq.m in Nova Kakhovka<\/strong> and a building complex of 261.2<\/strong> sq.m; there she also owns a share of an apartment of 66<\/strong> sq.m. The mayor owns two apartments: 54.5<\/strong> sq.m since 2008<\/strong> and 69.9<\/strong> sq.m since 2007<\/strong>. Despite this, according to the declaration, he continues to rent a residential house in Mykolaiv<\/strong> of 220.7<\/strong> sq.m for joint living with his wife; the plot under the house of 1000<\/strong> sq.m is also leased.<\/p>\n

Among vehicles, Kateryna Senkevych has since 2019<\/strong> a VOLVO car. Oleksandr Senkevych owns a 2021 INDIAN SCOUT BOBBER motorcycle, which he purchased in 2025<\/strong> for 223 860<\/strong> UAH.<\/p>\n

In terms of business assets, Kateryna Senkevych owns 39%<\/strong> of the statutory capital of LLC \u00ab\u0404\u0424 \u0404\u0424 \u0414\u0410\u0411\u041b \u042e \u041c\u0418\u041a\u041e\u041b\u0410\u0407\u0412\u00bb since 2015<\/strong> and 39%<\/strong> of LLC \u00ab\u0411\u043b\u0456\u043d\u043a \u0420\u0456\u0435\u043a\u0448\u043d \u0406\u043d\u0442\u0435\u0440\u043d\u0435\u0448\u0435\u043d\u0435\u043b\u00bb. Since March 2024<\/strong> she has been managing 40%<\/strong> of LLC \u00ab\u0427\u0430\u0440\u043d\u0435 \u041c\u043e\u0436\u0435 \u041b\u041b\u0421\u0456\u00bb in Wroc\u0142aw<\/strong>. Separately, cryptocurrency worth about 25 000<\/strong> UAH is declared.<\/p>\n

For 2025<\/strong>, Kateryna Senkevych received from entrepreneurial activity 5 326 330<\/strong> UAH, and 237 276<\/strong> UAH as interest from business in Poland. Accrued salary: at LLC \u00ab\u0404\u0424 \u0404\u0424 \u0414\u0410\u0411\u041b \u042e \u041c\u0418\u041a\u041e\u041b\u0410\u0407\u0412\u00bb \u2014 177 300<\/strong> UAH, at LLC \u00ab\u041b\u0456\u0433\u0430\u043b.\u0406\u043d\u00bb in Wroc\u0142aw<\/strong> \u2014 733 722<\/strong> UAH. She also declared a gift of 2 000 000<\/strong> UAH from Iryna Olennykova, with whom she shares an apartment in Nova Kakhovka<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Kateryna’s cash savings: 75 000<\/strong> US dollars and 38 000<\/strong> zlotys. On bank accounts she holds 262<\/strong> zlotys, 11 760<\/strong> UAH and 8 589<\/strong> US dollars. As for the mayor, his declared income consists only of salary \u2014 for 2025<\/strong> it was 1 177 559<\/strong> UAH (an average of just over 98 000<\/strong> UAH per month) and 3 000<\/strong> UAH in payments from the Trade Union organization of the executive bodies of the Mykolaiv City Council; the mayor does not declare any savings or bank accounts.<\/p>\n
