{"id":579745,"date":"2026-03-31T14:02:37","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T11:02:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/2026\/03\/579745\/the-cabinet-of-ministers-spent-78-of-the-state-budget-s-reserve-fund-in-three-months\/"},"modified":"2026-03-31T14:02:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T11:02:40","slug":"the-cabinet-of-ministers-spent-78-of-the-state-budget-s-reserve-fund-in-three-months","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/03\/579745\/the-cabinet-of-ministers-spent-78-of-the-state-budget-s-reserve-fund-in-three-months\/","title":{"rendered":"The Cabinet of Ministers spent 78% of the state budget's reserve fund in three months"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the first three months of <strong>2026<\/strong> the Cabinet of Ministers spent more than three quarters of the funds from the state budget&#8217;s reserve fund.<\/p>\n<p>The scale of the resource&#8217;s use was reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/epravda.com.ua\/finances\/uryad-vitrativ-78-rezervnogo-fondu-derzhbyudzhetu-za-3-misyaci-2026-819828\/\">\u00abEkonomichna Pravda\u00bb<\/a> citing an official response from the Ministry of Finance.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Ministry of Finance, as of <strong>18 March<\/strong> the undistributed balance of the reserve fund amounted to <strong>UAH 24.63 billion<\/strong> of the <strong>UAH 49.42 billion<\/strong> provided for in the budget.<\/p>\n<p>Later the government made a number of further decisions on the allocation of funds: on <strong>20 March<\/strong> an additional <strong>UAH 12.85 billion<\/strong> was allocated, and on <strong>25 March<\/strong> \u2014 another <strong>UAH 0.72 billion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, on <strong>30 March<\/strong> approximately <strong>UAH 11.06 billion<\/strong> remained in the reserve fund, which corresponds to only <strong>22.4%<\/strong> of the planned annual funding.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the spending went to areas without an urgent need.
