{"id":579619,"date":"2026-03-30T18:06:16","date_gmt":"2026-03-30T15:06:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/2026\/03\/579619\/liked-the-occupiers-on-odnoklassniki-a-ukrainian-was-sentenced\/"},"modified":"2026-03-30T18:06:19","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T15:06:19","slug":"liked-the-occupiers-on-odnoklassniki-a-ukrainian-was-sentenced","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/03\/579619\/liked-the-occupiers-on-odnoklassniki-a-ukrainian-was-sentenced\/","title":{"rendered":"Liked the occupiers on \"Odnoklassniki\": a Ukrainian was sentenced"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"794\"><strong data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"539\">27 March <\/strong>2026 a verdict was published in the <strong data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"587\">Unified State Register of Court Decisions<\/strong>, by which the <strong data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"664\">Starosambirskyi District Court of Lviv Oblast<\/strong> found <strong data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"685\">Taras H.<\/strong> guilty of supporting Russia&#8217;s armed aggression against Ukraine through activity on a banned Russian social network.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"1158\">As established in the case materials, during <strong data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"859\">2023\u20132024<\/strong> the defendant liked posts on &#8220;Odnoklassniki&#8221; that glorified the Russian army and its command. Among other things, he reacted to a post about Russian General <strong data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1064\">Sergey Surovikin<\/strong>, and also supported posts about the course of hostilities presented from the occupiers&#8217; perspective.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1403\">During the trial the man fully admitted his guilt, confirmed the circumstances of the case and expressed remorse. Also, as stated in the verdict, he transferred <strong data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1340\">20,000 hryvnias<\/strong> for the needs of one of the military units of the <strong data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1402\">Armed Forces of Ukraine<\/strong>. In the end the court sentenced him to <strong data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1483\">5 years of imprisonment<\/strong>, but exempted him from serving it with a <strong data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1553\">two-year probationary period<\/strong>. In addition, he will be ordered to pay <strong data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1605\">9,600 hryvnias<\/strong> in expenses for the conducted expert examinations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1823\">Separately, the court ordered the confiscation in favor of the state of the <strong data-start=\"1704\" data-end=\"1711\">ZTE<\/strong> phone from which the defendant liked pro\u2011Russian posts.
