Starting April 1, 2026<\/strong>, Ukraine will fully roll out an electronic military registration system. This isn’t about changing mobilization rules, but rather a transition to digital control \u2013 most procedures will be transferred online, and checks will be automated. UNN reports this.<\/p>\n

What’s changing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Electronic summonses \u2013 notifications will be sent digitally
\nAutomatic data verification \u2013 through state registries
\nRecording violations \u2013 the system will immediately reflect absences or discrepancies<\/p>\n

The state is essentially moving from manual control to continuous digital monitoring, which will significantly complicate registration evasion.<\/p>\n

Deferments: What’s new<\/strong><\/p>\n

Document submission \u2013 online, without a visit to the TCC
\nVerification of grounds \u2013 through automatic registries
\nControl \u2013 significantly stricter<\/p>\n

Particular attention will be paid to fictitious grounds, such as formal education or “paper” care for relatives.<\/p>\n

Employee reservations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Regular inspections of enterprises
\nAutomated reconciliation with tax and pension databases
\nStricter requirements for companies<\/p>\n

This should reduce fictitious employment schemes.<\/p>\n

Who is subject to mobilization:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Men aged 18 to 60
\nWomen \u2013 only voluntarily<\/p>\n

Who is eligible for a deferment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

People with disabilities
\nMedically unfit
\nParents of three or more children
\nSingle parents
\nGuardians
\nRelatives of fallen soldiers
\nReleased from captivity
\nFull-time and dual-degree students
\nEmployees of critically important enterprises
\nIndividual civil servants, scientists, and teachers<\/p>\n
