This issue was discussed on the program \u201c<em><strong>Tuzov&#8217;s Move<\/strong><\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Previously the region managed to independently cover all protected budget items, but the situation may change because of rising salaries and social standards. <strong>Vitaliy Kim<\/strong> explained that the regional budget is now entirely directed toward supporting these increases.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p>\u201cPerhaps this year will be the first, because with salary increases, because with the rise of social standards our budget is now fully allocated to meeting these increases. And there may not be enough funds. Then we will appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers to ask them to help us.
