{"id":577980,"date":"2026-03-20T18:48:47","date_gmt":"2026-03-20T16:48:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/2026\/03\/577980\/reserve-and-fake-certificates-how-in-the-mykolaiv-region-they-sold-service-without-risk\/"},"modified":"2026-03-20T18:48:51","modified_gmt":"2026-03-20T16:48:51","slug":"reserve-and-fake-certificates-how-in-the-mykolaiv-region-they-sold-service-without-risk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/03\/577980\/reserve-and-fake-certificates-how-in-the-mykolaiv-region-they-sold-service-without-risk\/","title":{"rendered":"\"Reserve+\" and fake certificates: how in the Mykolaiv region they sold service without risk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"723\" data-end=\"986\"><strong data-start=\"723\" data-end=\"747\">20 March <\/strong>2026, the <strong data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"796\">Specialized Prosecutor&#8217;s Office for Defense of the Southern District<\/strong> reported the exposure in <strong data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"840\">Mykolaiv region<\/strong> of a man who, for money, promised persons liable for military service assistance in serving in rear units, support units and <strong data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"985\">TCC and SP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1227\">According to the investigation, the suspect offered to &#8220;resolve the issue&#8221; through alleged ties with officials of <strong data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1106\">TCC and SP<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1116\">VLK<\/strong>, including arranging a fake medical conclusion for subsequent referral exclusively to rear units. He is accused of receiving an unlawful benefit for influencing decision-making by authorized persons, combined with extortion \u2014 <strong data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1382\">part 3 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong>. The investigation established that as early as <strong data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1437\">November 2025<\/strong> the man learned about a person liable for military service who was wanted due to untimely updating of registration data, and offered him &#8220;help&#8221; for <strong data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1607\">USD 8,000<\/strong>. To create the appearance of legitimacy of his actions, the suspect gave instructions on installing a medical application allegedly for processing documents, and also reported the &#8220;registration&#8221; on the military register with a recommendation to check information in the <strong data-start=\"1866\" data-end=\"1879\">&#8220;Reserve+&#8221;<\/strong> app.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"1944\">Law enforcement documented receipt of the first part of the funds. In <strong data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2071\">March 2026<\/strong> the man was detained under <strong data-start=\"2101\" data-end=\"2123\">Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine<\/strong>.
